As a patient advocate for a non-English-speaking family member navigating a complex treatment journey, our Founder & CEO Joy Liu saw how easily care could stall — not because teams weren’t trying, but because fragmented systems, manual processes, and outdated technology, were slowing work down and leading to burnout. She later encountered the same breakdown from inside the four walls, overseeing specialty pharmacy teams where highly skilled pharmacists and technicians were constantly buried in administrative work and blocked by inefficiencies that directly delayed therapy and strained trust.
