Welcoming Aman Shahi as Chief Product Officer

We’re excited to share that Aman Shahi has joined Plenful as our Chief Product Officer.

Aman has spent the last decade building products in some of the most demanding domains in tech. At Uber, he led driver growth programs across 400+ cities, a key part of what's still regarded as one of the most ambitious and effective operations programs the industry has ever produced. At Motive, he spent four years leading product across fleet operations, helping the company expand beyond long-haul trucking into new industries and grow ARR into the hundreds of millions. Most recently, as VP of Product at Canary Technologies, he built the product organization from the ground up and led the first large-scale deployment of AI in hospitality, including Voice AI — a new category of guest engagement — across 20,000+ hotels in 100+ countries.

What runs through every chapter is the same instinct: build product where software and human care have to coexist.

That instinct is what drew him to Plenful. Across healthcare, capable people lose their days to paperwork instead of patient care. Pharmacy is one of the most acute examples, with operationally dense workflows, a regulatory environment in constant motion, and stakes that touch patient outcomes directly. He sees Plenful as one of the very few companies building AI-native product equal to the problem.

At Plenful, Aman will lead our product organization, rapidly expanding an AI-native team of people obsessed with healthcare's hardest problems, and shipping high-quality product faster across an even broader surface area than we have before.

"My parents are both physicians. What I remember most about their careers from growing up isn't medicine…it's paperwork. Their primary job was caring for patients, but much of the days, nights, and weekends were spent on manual administrative tasks that fought them at every step. Unfortunately, the problems I grew up seeing my parents struggle with are expanding rather than contracting. Regulation, complexity, and administrative burden keep growing across healthcare. At the same time, AI has become powerful enough to take on this kind of work in ways that weren't possible even eighteen months ago. Plenful was built for exactly this moment. What excites me most is the compounding: every customer makes the platform smarter, every automation makes the next one easier. Most software gets harder to improve as it scales. This gets easier. My parents spent their careers losing time to paperwork. I'm here so the next generation of care teams doesn't have to." — Aman Shahi, Chief Product Officer

This is a pivotal hire for Plenful and a deliberate investment in our platform, roadmap, and the experience our customers deserve. I’m thrilled to welcome Aman to the executive team and excited about what we’ll build together.

If you’re a product builder who wants to solve real problems in healthcare, stay close to users, and is energized by a domain that genuinely matters, we’re actively building out our product and R&D functions. Explore our open roles.
